Refunds are applicable only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
- Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
- Personal care, hygiene, or consumable items (unless defective).
- Items purchased on sale or special promotions (unless defective).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our customer support through the Contact Us page.
- Provide your order number, product images/videos, and reason for the refund.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Once approved, the product may need to be returned before processing the refund.
4. Refund Method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- For online payments, refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to an error on our side (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered by NextSellz.
- If the return is due to customer preference, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
